Best instructor I’ve ever had. Stoney makes sure you get the techniques and understand the correct form to use. He is very patient which makes for a great teacher and Has great music !

Dope instructor. Love his classes. He pushes you without being overbearing. His classes are fun and a great way to spice up your everyday routine. It is an awesome stress reliever which keeps me going back. I definitely recommend his classes. Never a dull moment! Thank you Stoney! You are the best!
