It's a kick butt class great atmosphere great instructor. Fast pace great people all the way around highly recommend it to all . Come check it out you won't regret it. 5 stars across the board. See you there!

The boxing coaches are great. Gor thw newbies, they make sure to take time to demonstrate and make sure they are punching correctly for proper form and to ensure a good workout with no injuries. Fighter Fit uses real boxing (hanging) bags, not the cheap sand weighted floor bags.
