Great Gym - all good

Response from Owner
Hi Jennifer, I'm Marc, the owner of Church Street. Thank you so much for taking the time to share your feedback. I am truly sorry you had such a disappointing first experience with us — that is not the environment we strive to create. Your comfort and safety are our number concern. We absolutely want every member to feel supported and respected during their time with us. If you're willing, I'd be grateful for the opportunity to discuss what happened so we can address it with our team and take steps to make sure it doesn't happen again. Regarding class structure, our coaches do vary their teaching methods—some sessions emphasize partner work while others focus more on mitt work or conditioning. We've found mixing things up like this creates well-rounded training. We'd genuinely appreciate if you'd give us another chance. If you're open to it, please reach out to us directly at info@csboxinggym.com. We'll steer you to classes we know you'll enjoy! All the best, Marc
