Great place for my teen girls. A well rounded experience of kick boxing, karate and discipline. The owners/instructors are very family oriented and caring. The students here are best friends. I wish we'd found this place much sooner!
Great family place it's classes are small which is good for one on one lessons and coaching I had a great time and only thing is if they had morning classes I would definitely pay the monthly fee without a question
