Honest review time. I leave this here because the Google reviews were why I selected this gym, and they are not reflective of my experience. I appreciate your feedback. As you saw during your time with us, BFS is not too big gym and we are fortunate to have a community to support newcomers and regulars alike. during a busy fight season with multiple fighters and bouts. I must emphasize fighter preparation and safety while balancing front office work as well. during this season two most tenured classmates may step in to assist with portion of class. As always, I encourage any questions a student may have regarding technique or training.

I've been going here for almost five months now. It has been a great experience. The experienced fighters are always willing to help the new folks, and they never take any cheap shots on the less experienced fighters. Safe gym. Coach Ali is a great coach. Ali is amazing with my kids. He's patient but doesn't baby them. He keeps his gym clean and is an amazing coach and even better person.
