New member, PLEASE do better with the cleanliness issue so I don’t have to go all the way to clackamas or Milwaukee. It’s filthy!!! I refuse to take a shower or use the pool/sauna/hottub. PLEASE!!! 😢

Hydrotherapy is part of my recovery. They just spent $100k on a new “recovery” room but they chose to PERMANENTLY CLOSE THE HOT TUB. I’m not sure why they made this decision. I heard they were going to fill it in w cement because the front desk is tired of ppl asking why they won’t fix it.

Had a membership years ago, and then they decided to reduce their hours about 2 months AFTER I had just purchased my membership. Thankfully Costco gave me a refund.
