After failing to win back the welterweight championship from Leon Edwards in the UFC 286 main event, Kamaru Usman has entered unknown seas in his professional career.
Usman (20-3 MMA, 15-2 UFC), who had his nearly unheard-of winning run snapped by Edwards (21-3 MMA, 13-2 UFC) in August, failed to take advantage of his opportunity for vengeance in the rematch and lost by majority decision at The O2 in London.
Usman has never lost two fights in a row in his career, and at 35, there are concerns about how much longer he can continue to contribute to the sport.
