On Saturday night, Amanda Nunes’s terrible cut on Julianna Peña didn’t need any more post-fight treatment.
Peña‘s final fight as a women’s bantamweight champion was at UFC 277. She went 11-5 in mixed martial arts and 7-3 in the Octagon.
Peña was slashed across the forehead and bled nonstop during the struggle as a result.
Due to Peña‘s injuries, Dana White stated that she had to be taken to the hospital and was missing a “large piece” of her forehead.
Peña described it as “tougher than a two-dollar steak.”
