Tennant (4-1) will defend his bantamweight belt. Tennant defeated Lisa Verzosa to win the vacant championship at Invicta FC 44.
Rubin (7-2) earns a championship opportunity in her Invicta debut. The former featherweight will fight for gold in her second bantamweight match.
Talita Bernardo (7-4) faces Yana Gadelha (7-4) in the co-main event (7-4).
