ESPN reports (using various sources) that Terence Crawford and Errol Spence Jr. have agreed to “all material terms” for a fight for the undisputed 147-pound championship but that no contracts have been finalized.
The date of November 19 in Las Vegas has reportedly been set as the date for the event.
Crawford has conceded to take a cut of the profits of less than 50%. No matter who wins, though, there will be a rematch provision.
Since both fighters, Terence Crawford (38-0, 29 KOs) and Errol Spence (28-0, 22 KOs), are signed to management teams that compete with one another, making the bout tough to make.
