Umalatov (12-0) finished Al-Silawi (18-4) with a brutal combo of strikes at 3:33 of Round 1. The victory earned him six points in the welterweight standings.
The final combination started with a heavy backfist from Umalatov, which made Al-Silawi backpedal. A violent overhand right snapped Al-Silawi, as he plummeted to the canvas. Al-Silawi was down for quite some time, but was able to stand for the official decision under his own strength.
