LAS VEGAS – Amanda Nunes and Cris Cyborg’s rematch has been ruled out by Dana White.
Cyborg’s incredible winning run came to a stop in December 2018 when he was knocked out in 51 seconds by Nunes (22-5 MMA, 15-2 UFC) at UFC 232.
As a result of the avenging of her defeat to Julianna Pea at UFC 277, people are wondering who is left in the UFC double-champ race.
White’s preference would be Nunes vs. Shevchenko 3rd round, although White loves to see Nunes vs. Cyborg in a rematch.
“The Bullet” had been defeated by Nunes twice, but their rematch at UFC 215 was decided by a split decision.
