Amanda Nunes and Julianna Peña are feuding, and Peña wants it resolved before the year is through.
Nunes (22-5 MMA, 15-2 UFC) stopped Peña (11-5 MMA, 7-3 UFC) in the UFC 277 main event to reclaim the women’s bantamweight championship in a brutal unanimous decision.
Peña’s second-round submission of Nunes at UFC 269 in December astonished the globe and made her the new Ultimate Fighting Championship’s reigning champion.
A week later, Peña was still sporting it while watching “The Ultimate Fighter 30” on UFC on ESPN 40.
