During her rematch with Amanda Nunes, Julianna Peña‘s reign as women’s bantamweight champion came to an abrupt end.

Peña (11-5 MMA, 7-3 UFC) had no response to Nunes (22-5 MMA, 15-2 UFC) in the rematch and was hammered into a unanimous decision loss at the American Airlines Center in Dallas.

Peña is going to need some time off after getting a brutal thrashing, but what’s in store for her after that?
